FROL - FirstReport Online Recordkeeping for OSHA and workers comp first reports of injury. The order must be placed by a Zurich Rep for the Customer.

Pricing is based on the "Average number of Employees" formula used by OSHA.

Account setup and User training time will vary depending on organization size and the availability of your staff.  Typical basic User online training takes about one hour.

All customer charges will be handled by Zurich per the order instructions entered here. Therefore it is important to be accurate and complete.
